Agent Builder & Custom Agent Development

Topics, actions, instructions, and the unglamorous work of making an agent behave.

Building an agent in Agent Builder takes an afternoon. Building one that holds up against ten thousand real customers takes considerably longer, and most of that time goes into instruction design and action boundaries. This is the engagement where that happens.

We do not ship an agent we would not put in front of our own customers.

Topic and action design

We decompose the job into topics with clear scope, then build the Apex, Flow, and prompt-template actions each one needs. Actions stay small and single-purpose so failures are legible.

Instruction engineering

Natural-language instructions are the agent's real source code. We write them, version them, and test them against adversarial inputs from your actual transcripts.

Testing Center and evals

Every agent ships with a regression suite. When someone edits an instruction six months from now, they will know within minutes what they broke.

Human handoff

The escalation path is designed as carefully as the happy path — full context passed to the agent, no repeating the customer back to themselves.

Typical build

  • 6–10 weeks per production agent
  • One agent, one clearly scoped job
  • Evals and Testing Center suite included
  • Deployed through your existing release process

Start with the assessment.

Three to four weeks, a fixed fee, and an answer we are willing to say out loud — including if the answer is no.
