Agentic Workflow & Process Design

Redesigning the work, not just automating the version of it you already have.

Pointing an agent at a broken process gives you a faster broken process. Before we automate anything, we redraw the flow around what an agent is genuinely good at — reading, retrieving, drafting, checking — and what it is not, which is judgement under ambiguity.

Delivered as annotated process maps your ops team can actually maintain.

Work decomposition

Every process is split into steps that are deterministic, steps that are reasoning, and steps that need a person. Each gets a different tool.

Flow vs. agent boundaries

If a Flow can do it reliably, a Flow should do it. We are strict about this. Reasoning is expensive and non-deterministic; use it where it earns its cost.

Exception design

We design the unhappy paths first — the refund that is out of policy, the customer who is already angry, the record that does not exist.

Role redesign

What the humans do afterwards changes. We work with your ops leads to define the new shape of the job before day one, not after the complaints.

Start with the assessment.

Three to four weeks, a fixed fee, and an answer we are willing to say out loud — including if the answer is no.
