How we work

About Us / Our Approach

Small scope, real deadlines, and the willingness to tell you not to do it.

We started in 2023 because we watched a lot of AI pilots die in the same way: an impressive demo, a vague scope, an enthusiastic executive, and an agent that never made it past a controlled audience. Everything about how we work is a reaction to that.

Founded 2023. Bengaluru and London. Thirty-one people.

We scope small and finish

One agent, one job, in production, measured. Then the next. A twelve-month programme with nothing live at month six is a twelve-month programme that will be cancelled at month seven.

We fix the data first

It is the least exciting part of the work and it is where the outcome is decided. If your knowledge base is not fit for retrieval, no amount of prompt engineering will save the agent.

We build governance in, not on

Guardrails, audit, and observability are part of the first build. Retrofitting them to a live agent is expensive and usually happens under duress.

We hand over the keys

Every engagement ends with your team able to maintain what we built. We would rather you called us for the next thing than depended on us for this one.

We say no

We have turned down work several times when the volume was too low, the data was too poor, or the client wanted autonomy without governance. We would rather lose the fee.

Start with the assessment.

Three to four weeks, a fixed fee, and an answer we are willing to say out loud — including if the answer is no.
