We are deliberately small. Nine architects, fourteen engineers, four data specialists, three delivery leads, and one person who keeps the rest of us honest about deadlines.

Runs the enterprise rollouts. Has never missed a cutover date, which he mentions often.

Ex-financial services second line. Her job is to say no before the regulator does.
